  5. I like to think that I eat well enough not to take supplements. I take occasionally vitamins according to the weather… I mean if it is in the depth of winter, maybe there’s going to be a need for some vitamin D and perhaps if everyone is catching a cough and cold, vitamin C… One big thing that I think keeps me so healthy: I don’t eat other sentient beings.
