  1. My wife was just extensively tested for food allergies. In fact, we meet with the doctor tomorrow to find out the results. I’ve wondered for a long time if she is either allergic or at least sensitive to gluten. Interesting video. Thanks!

This video is a powerful tool to understanding Gluten and what it does with our bodies.
Almost two years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. At first I was miserable about it because it meant cutting my favourite foods out of my diet. But in the long run and feel blessed to have it because it has made me healthier and happier.

    • Thank you Carmia. I am really humbled by your comment. We will keep on trying to deliver value to our readers, You were courageous and did what you needed to do. Thanks for the re-blog and have a great weekend!

  3. Love this!!! Aside from me being allergic to dairy (tested and confirmed)…I just recently started going gluten-free as i believe i am also super intolerant to it (haven’t gotten tested for it just yet). Thanks for the info!
