We are all about boosting your energy here at the-zeit.com so this week we have decided to come up with 60 easy ways for you to get it done.  You can choose to combine the ones you like or try out one for starters. Here we go:

  1. Increase your magnesium intake.
  2. Walk around the block.
  3. Take a 15-30 minute power nap.
  4. Always have breakfast.
  5. Reduce your stress levels.
  6. Deal with anger at once.
  7. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  8. Ditch alcohol drinks.
  9. Eat whole grain foods.
  10. Reduce your sugar intake.
  11. Have a protein –rich power snack.
  12. Have a latte.
  13. Eat every three to four hours.
  14. Eat only up to 85% full.
